Frequently asked questions

I'm not getting reminders. What should I check?

  1. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Daylark and make sure notifications are allowed.
  2. Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing Daylark (you can allow Daylark in your Focus settings).
  3. Confirm your intake time and schedule in Daylark's settings.
  4. Make sure your device's date, time, and time zone are set automatically.

How do I export my data? Open Daylark → Settings → Export. Your dose history and settings are generated on your device and shared via the iOS share sheet.

How do I delete my data? Open Daylark → Settings → Delete All Data. Deleting the app from your device also removes its local data. If you enabled iCloud sync, turn it off and use the in-app erase before deleting the app.

Does Daylark collect my data? No. There is no account, no analytics, and no server. Your data stays on your device; optional iCloud sync (off by default) uses your own Apple ID and is inaccessible to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What do I do if I missed a pill? Daylark can't advise on that. Check the patient information leaflet (pakningsvedlegg) in your pill pack, or ask a pharmacist or doctor.

Important

Daylark is a reminder tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a contraceptive. Reminder delivery depends on your device settings and is not guaranteed — do not rely on it as your only way of remembering medication.
