Acceptance
By downloading or using Sollpace ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
Use of the figures
Sollpace is a planning and pacing aid. The working-day counts and target percentages are estimates based on standard public-holiday calendars and the settings you choose. They may not reflect your organisation's exact working calendar. Verify important figures before relying on them for business decisions.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
