DryClock — Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026

The short version

DryClock does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

What the app stores

DryClock keeps the data you enter — your goal, start date, drink logs, journal entries, and money settings — in local storage on your iPhone (Apple's UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs.

What we collect

Nothing. We have no servers and receive no data from the app.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions ("DryClock Plus") are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you enable the cold-shower reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Reset all data inside the app, or simply delete the app — both remove everything.

Children

DryClock is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Health disclaimer

DryClock shows general, evidence-based wellness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms, seek medical help immediately.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
