By downloading or using Caffff (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Not medical advice

Caffff estimates the caffeine in your body using a standard pharmacokinetic model. These are estimates, not measurements, and depend on values (such as caffeine half-life) that vary from person to person and with health conditions, medication, pregnancy, and other factors. Caffff is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Do not use it to make medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app in addition to these terms.

Caffff Pro subscription

• Caffff Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The free tier includes logging, the live curve, and notifications; Pro adds full history, sleep insights, custom half-life, and unlimited custom drinks.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and the new version will ship with the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
