Benchmark — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Benchmark collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter, and no server that Benchmark talks to. This page explains exactly what that means.

What data exists, and where it lives

When you use Benchmark, you enter your sex, bodyweight, age, and the lifts you've performed. That data is used entirely on your device to calculate a percentile from a bundled table of published strength standards.

Your data is stored:

What we don't do

In-app purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. Benchmark never sees your payment details — Apple processes them under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Benchmark does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version of Benchmark adds a feature that does collect data — this page will be updated first, and the in-app description will say so.
